social impact
At TOP Sports, we believe in the transformative power of youth sports and the profound impact that participation can have on a child’s future. As an organization, we strive to reduce financial barriers wherever possible by offering scholarships, subsidies, and discounts to families and children most in need, and provide support through equipment donations and gear exchanges.
We strive to create a welcoming environment for all children to participate in sports, and pride ourselves on the efforts made towards building a stronger community for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of bullying, harassment, or abuse from children, parents, coaches, staff, or volunteers, and have been successful in creating a positive and harassment-free environment for all children.
In the community, we strongly believe in using our privilege to give back and help lift up others around us. Over the past five years we have started community initiatives like our Holiday Food Drive, Equipment Drive, and Gratitude Month, focused on helping the next generation understand the impact that we can have through kindness and empathy.

impact & support
Community initiatives
Over the past five years we have been proud to start community initiatives like our December Holiday Food Drive, TOP Equipment Drive, and Gratitude Month, in support of the Daily Bread Food Bank, Salvation Army, Yonge Street Mission, and Toronto Fire Services.
We are also proud supporters of the Leacock Foundation which provides leadership, literacy, and athletics programs to underserved and at-risk youth in Toronto and South Africa.
financial Assistance
Each year, a portion of registration fees is set aside to be used as scholarships, subsidies, and discounts to support families and children most in need. These fees are used towards free or partially subsidized registration fees, program discounts, or equipment fees.
In 2023 we provided well over $10,000 in financial assistance to support the participation of first-generation Canadians in our programs, and through programs like JumpStart, KidSport, and the Hockey Canada Assist Fund, more financial assistance opportunities are available than ever before.
capital support
In addition to community initiatives and financial assistance programs, we also support the community through capital investment projects designed to provide more opportunities for children and youth to participate in sport.
Earlier in 2023 we were part The Bishop Strachan School’s Change the Game project aimed at providing girls and women in sport with a better experience and access to premier facilities that help their overall development.
