As the Executive Director of TOP Sports, Kevin’s dedication to leading the organization forward is rooted in his passion for sports, coaching, and creating a more well-balanced youth sports model for families. Kevin is a highly motivated leader who oversees the business side of the organization, including partnerships, facilities, finance, marketing, human resources, and expansion.

Technical Director, TOP Hockey & Co-Founder

Ian has served as the Technical Director of TOP Hockey since 2019 and has quickly established himself as one of the premier minor hockey directors in Toronto. Ian’s unparalleled knowledge of the game provides our players, coaches, and parents with an excellent resource throughout their minor hockey journey. Ian also manages our hockey camps and clinics, and oversees our coach development program.

Strategic Advisor & Co-Founder

Luke has served as a volunteer advisor of TOP Sports since its founding and has played a crucial role in its growth and expansion to date. A native of Westminster, CT, Luke played collegiate hockey at Yale University where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and now works in Investment Banking at TD Bank.

Technical Director, TOP Soccer

Tom is a native of London, England where he graduated from the University of Worcester with a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Sport and Exercise Science. Tom currently holds a Children's License and Youth License from Canada Soccer, as well as his Canada 'C' Coaching License, FA Level Two, and a certified NCCP Coach Evaluator. 

Technical Director, TOP Lacrosse

Bennett joined TOP Lacrosse from the National Lacrosse League’s New York Riptide, where he currently serves as the Director of Scouting, Video Coordinator, and U.S. Scout. Bennett was a standout player on the University of Albany Division 1 lacrosse team, leading the team to 4x NCAA tournament appearances, 3x ‘Elite 8’ appearances, and 3x America East Championships.

Camp Director & Program Manager

With nearly 20 years of youth sports coaching and camp experience, Nerissa’s passion for sports is matched only by her dedication to helping children learn, grow, and fall in love with sports. After attending Brock University and graduating with a Bachelor of Sports Management degree, Nerissa honed her skills at prominent youth sports organizations such as MLSE Launchpad, True North Sports, Leaside Volleyball Club, and SportPlay, before joining TOP Sports Camps in 2024.

Operations Coordinator

Maribeth joined the TOP Sports team in 2023 after graduating from the Humber College Sport Management program. Maribeth’s primary focus at TOP Sports is on operations, human resources, and marketing, ensuring our parents, coaches, and players have the best experience possible while at our club.

Program Manager

Tevi joined TOP Sports in 2024 as a Program Manager and helps oversee our hockey programs and hockey camps, as well as our programs at our Richmond Hill location. A native of Toronto, ON, Tevi attended Queens University where he completed a BA in Political Science and a Masters in Political Science. Tevi has extensive coaching expeirence with CanPro Hockey, North Toronto Hockey, Camp Manitou, and TOP Hockey, and interned at Right to Play in the People and Culture department.

General Manager, TOP Oakville

Dave joined TOP Sports in a part-time capacity in 2021 and has coached in the TOP Hockey program for three seasons. More recently, Dave has spearheaded our expansion efforts opening a new location in Oakville and has taken on the General Manager role as of Fall 2024. Dave has 10+ years of coaching experience in the GTHL and worked for the Canadian Tire Corporation for nearly 12 years.
